Relationships and your organization
People create value. Your employees work together, develop new ideas and maintain contact with customers and suppliers. By implementing a central information system, the majority of common business processes take place automatically. Your organization increases its effectiveness and your employees spend more of their time on work that really makes a difference.

Know your customers
Everyone important for your organization - your customers, business relations and employees - can be found in the account management and HRM systems. You have a file for each customer in which all the relevant information is collected in real-time. This includes statistical information, as well as all activities developed with regard to marketing, sales and customer support.

Manage your workforce
By assigning roles and rights, you can provide your staff with access to the information, processes and projects that accompany their position. Employee files contain a photo, personal details, documents, contracts, salary components, schedules, and leave records. Personal schedules are integrated with the Manufacturing Resource Schedule, to ensure that the available capacity is always up-to-date.
If applicable, this data is linked to payroll accounting. The salary slip is available digitally in the employee file. Overtime and unpaid leave are automatically calculated into the salary; the inputs for taxes, insurance and pensions are collected; and contract extensions are announced.
