Global reliable service is the major challenge for everyone at Exact. To face this challenge successfully, we facilitate an exceptional training for all our employees. Besides having an educational background in accounting, logistics or IT, all new support employees have completed a three-month-training on supporting the product. Furthermore, we provide them with excellent career guidance at the Exact University and regular trainings in motivation and comprehensive customer support.

> Our employees work in small, multidisciplinary international teams. Practicing what we offer to our customers, all employees are integrated via Exact Synergy with their colleagues the world over.
